Program Not Responding? How Can I Fix Program Not Responding Errors?

When you try to run or are using Internet Explorer, Firefox, My Computer, Office and other programs, suddenly your mouse can’t move and the programs don’t respond! This error is usually displayed in brackets in the application title bar. And when you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, you can see it is in not responding status in the Task Manager. Most of the time, it happens along with computer freezing.
